Commercial Lender Needed
Happy New Year!!
I have a portfolio of properties with my local bank, which up to this point has been great to work with, but they have changed their loan terms and only offering 10 year at 75% LTV. Obviously less cash out of my pocket and more cash flow is ideal.
Looking to establish a long term relationship with a lender who can provide better terms and also allow me to BRRR properties with short hold times. 1-3 months.
