First Investment Purchase- 4Plex
Hello, everyone. I'm am brand new to real estate investing. I came across a property that looks promising, but I am hopeful to gain perspective prior to committing. The property is listed for $355,000. I have 20% to put down. Great location. 100% occupancy. I have attached a spreadsheet which highlights the financials of the property.
