Monica, you should look at Suncoast Property Management (suncoastrentals.com) which is the PM arm of Southern Impression Homes (southernimpressionhomes.com).  I haven't used them, because I don't invest in turnkey properties, but I've met with them several times to refer clients.  They have a relationship with The Real Estate Guys.

They develop Build-to-Rent homes in several Florida markets and Georgia and seem to be a strong, growing company.  I'm impressed with the people I met there.  Good luck.

Try RevitalIze Realty in Mobile, AL. I bought 21 doors from them in 2019 that have been performing extremely well.

@Ari Hadar I can understand your frustration with analysis paralysis trying to find properties and if you feel venting on forums is a good investment of your time, then trust me the ROI on that is 0%. Good luck with investing your time wisely :)
