I think I’ve found a multi family deal but I would like insight regarding connecting. I know the market is hot and the inventory is scarce. Any ideas or insights?

How big is it? Would you be able to buy it on your own or would you need to partner with others?

Hey Briana!
By connecting, I assume you mean finding the seller's contact information? If so, depending on the # of units you could find there number on co-star (if you have brokers you are connected with they can help you or someone else who has co-star access). Also, a good idea would be to reach out through a broker- have a broker get in touch with them to see if they would consider selling.

@Briana Barksdale what do you need the partners for? A quad should be fairly simple to take down. Are you looking for capital?

I'm interested in investing in Huntsville! Let me know if you're looking for a cash/capital partner. I am in SC so I would be a long distance (semi-distance) partner

Small multis here in Huntsville are definitely hot. Just sold 4 unit's in 35805.
