Seeking agent and mortgage broker in Phoenix

Viet Le
Posted

Hi everyone,

My name is Viet, a new investor. I know the housing market is crazy right now and it's a seller's market, but I am still looking to buy a multifamily property to invest, following the BRRRR model. I will use one unit as a primary residence and rent out the other units. I have saved up about 40k in cash, have steady income of 70k/year, no debt other than credit cards for monthly expenses, and my credit score is 800 (it was 805 but a lender I no longer work with pulled my credit so it went down to 800). I am also investing in stocks, forex, and crypto and hope to use profits to invest in RE in the near future. Would any agent and/or mortgage broker be able to help me out? I'm just getting started, so I would appreciate any advice regarding my situation.

I currently live in Mesa, AZ, but I'm open to all cities in the Phoenix metro area (Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, etc.).

Thank you and happy Memorial day!
