Multi-Family Underwriting Practice

Hey PB community. I am really big on repetition systems and processes. I would really like to practice underwriting multi family deals as much as possible and just get repetition after repetition, but I would really like to be able to use real data or some thing as close to it as possible. Anyone have real deal data they wouldn’t mind sharing?

I’d happily sign NDAs or anything needed. Just want to be able to run through the process as much as possible for the Repetition

Thanks to all willing

@Quinton Sanicola I agree with @Lee Ripma. Loopnet.com has a lot of property data you can use to practice underwriting. That's how my partners and I started.

Good luck!
