Getting Constantly Outbid in Columbus Ohio for Multifamily

So I've been putting in offers for multi family properties in Columbus Ohio but constantly get outbid. I have contingencies to increase my offer to increase my offer to a certain point. However, people are still increasing their offers despite it not cash flowing with a higher offer. Are other people facing this problem right now because interest rates are low? Also does anybody know of any commercial real estate agents in Columbus Ohio? I have couple of duplexes that are doing well and am interested into acquiring apartment complexes. Thank you for your help and guidance.

Currently Columbus is one of the hottest markets in the country. You'll have to go off-market to find less competitive deals or look at other markets that are strong in multifamily. Most of Ohio will have options for you to choose from.
