Looking into getting my first multyfamily this is what the numbers look like to start off their is no tenants landlord hasant kept up with building for like 3-4 years .They have separate electric meters .Rents around here are 455 for 1-1 and 575 for 2-1 it consist of 4 1-1 and 1 2-1 I calculate I'm gonna put about 35 k into it to leave it like I want it central a/c and all. Their is a big demand for apartments cause their are lots of plant workers in area. The interest I think is gona be about 6% so what y'all guys think about it when its al said and donel done I'm gona pay all the water
