Lowland Zoned Parcel Development
I am looking for some advise here,
I have parcel in contract which is lowland and zoned PD-A, I am trying to explore my development options. Where do I start with? Reaching out to planning division of local jurisdiction would be a good start? If I need to hire a professional to guide, any suggestions are welcome.
