Homebuilder recommendation $300-400K (ex-land) 2023 in Kansas City
Hello - I am considering to tear down my existing home and build a new custom home. The house is located in West Plaza, lot is small 3700 sqft, but I have seen 3 bed/ 3 bath new construction being built in the similar sized lots in my neighborhood (e.g. 4727 Liberty St, Plaza Heights, etc). Could you recommend a homebuilder that I should look into, who may be able to build a home in $300-400K range (excluding the land, but including the teardown cost)? Also, how long does a new construction take nowadays - from design to permit to actual construction? Thanks!
