Hello,

We are looking to chat with anyone that has experience converting a SFH into a multi family. We are also looking to talk with anyone that has gone through zoning, conditional use permit requests. We have a double lot we are looking to split and then convert from 1 SFH into 2 multi family properties on the split lot. We are looking to talk with you about success, road blocks, frustrations in dealing with those issues.
