Hello! Looking to build a single family home with an ADU in Downtown Wilmington, NC. Anyone seen a house/ADU plan worth sharing? Looking for a historic cottage look to fit the neighborhood and matching exteriors. May develop and sell or keep and rent. House would be a 3/2 approx 1800-2500 sq ft and ADU can be up to 1200 sq ft.
