New Construction in Hopewell VA

Greetings! I'm trying to get a feel for the new construction market in Hopewell. My firm currently has a buildable quarter acre infill lot available, but I'm mainly trying to gauge builders buying criteria, price and overall thoughts on building in that area. We put out a lot of deals in Hampton Roads but I'm not as familiar with Hopewell.  Any Feedback is appreciated!
