About to start my first ground up builds
Hello, I am a fix and flip investor for the past 3 years and I am about to start my first ground up build. My question is does anyone know of lenders that will lend to first time ground up investors where they will be willing to use my 5 flips in 2 years experience to lend to my LLC/me. I welcome any advise you can provide.
