Looking to secure a Construction loan in South Texas

I recently purchased land in South Texas with plans to build my forever home. I paid for the land in cash and am now looking to take out a construction loan to build the house. Does anyone have experience with banks in Texas that offer good construction loan options? I haven't found much helpful information in my search so far.

I've purchased and rebuilt three homes in the past, but I've never done a new build from the ground up. I imagine it’s not too different from totally demolishing a house and rebuilding it brand new. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
