Land Management Analysis

Hey everyone,

Wanting to look into land management opportunities.  +100 acres of undeveloped land for the purpose of conservation, hunting, and timber harvesting.  Income would be from hunting dues and timber harvesting, expense would be conservation management, taxes, and the mortgage. Looking for some guidance on resources of how to begin analysis or how to build a business of this sort.
