Anyone done new construction outside Santa Fe?

Hello BP fam!

Looking to connect with some folks in Santa Fe…my wife and I lived in SF many years ago, own a rental property in Albuquerque, and are looking to return to SF later this year to buy or build. Would be curious to talk to anyone who has done a land purchase/ new construction project outside of Santa Fe…we’re looking in Cañada, Pecos, Glorieta, Madrid areas. I’d be very interested to hear about your experience through various project phases.
