Day 02 Duplex Framing

This is a single story, front to back duplex in Texas. 

I've gone out an poached framers from other new construction subdivisions... this guy and his crew is fast.

Hard rules. No drinking or I'll stop the entire thing and send everyone home. I kinda have the personality for it. Some people don't and I get that. Remember though, it's your butt on the line if the city inspector shows up and there's empty beer cans all over. 

Three basic steps to the framing.

Step 1: The walls (interior and exterior)

Step 2: The roof framing

Step 3: Cornice and roof decking

We have the framers put the roof decking on so that the roofers just need to come in and put the roof on in one day.
