New Build - 3 Unit Bronzeville (Actual Cost to Build)

Hello - Does anyone have an estimate on how much it costs to build a new 3 flat in Chicago (developers costs). I just purchased my adjoining lot in Bronzeville and will be building a 3-unit very similar to the one in the link (same lot size, unit details - 3bed 2bath). https://www.redfin.com/IL/Chicago/4224-S-Langley-Ave-60653/h...
There are a number of these popping up in Bronzeville and would appreciate any thoughts before I call in developers for bids.

Thank you!

Hello Three @Henok Misgina - You could probably expect to pay somewhere between $200-$250 SF, depending on your finishes and team.  If you are serious about do the development, make sure you find a quality builder (no pun intended haha)

How did you manage to acquire the lot next door?  That's certainly a valuable asset on the south side of Chicago; great find.
