Hi BP, There's 10+ finished lots in the 75212 area of Dallas on Melissa River Way, Landrum Lakes Ct., and Jenny Dale Dr. I actually live on Jenny Dale Dr. and would like to find out about the process of finishing out a subdivision. I am new to real estate investing and completely understand that this is a very complicated task, but I would love to learn about the process from an experienced developer. Thanks. AY
