Replatting a 10,000 sq. ft. lot for 6 units, driveway question? Developers & Builders
I have a few 10,000 sq. ft. in fill lots in Inner City Houston I am looking to do a 6 unit development on. I am trying to identify some general figures for doing a 16 foot driveway for a project like this. Thanks

In CA, its around $100/cu.yd. for concrete around 4,000 psi. Prep and Install you are looking around $5-7/sq.ft. for a 5" thick concrete.
