I lvoe these bigger pockets forums and I had a question for fellow biggerpocket memebers, How can 1 be a successful residential and commercial real estate developer in Illinois? I have done renovations and remodeling and now looking into land development please help thanks! 

 And any suggestions or any connections, or books  I can read or any classes would be very helpful thanks, Everyone that comments gets a thumbs up
