Passive private funding
Hello I'm in highschool and interested in becoming a real estate developer. I was wondering what people do and can do to start up passive income other than owning and holding (with comparatively low capital) to fund/partly fund development projects. I'm also interested in how you guys got the ball rolling. Thank you!
