1. Does any one know of a real estate developer that has done construction a multifamily or affordable housing through the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency and understand the financing with tax credits? I would surely like to meet with them and discuss a few things. 2. What's the price tag on a 49-unit multifamily building in Raeford or Fayetteville North Carolina?
