Bamboo Removal (Raleigh, NC)

Hey everyone, 

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but does anyone have any experience with paying for bamboo removal? We are under contract on a property and are doing our due diligence currently. The property came with an adjacent lot that is covered in bamboo. We'd like to remove it so we can build another property. Before spending money on an estimate I was hoping to get a general sense of cost - something that has proven more difficult than I thought to find online.
