Rehabbing Properties Out Of State

Looking to see if maybe I could rehab a property that's in a state I will be moving to in the future. I wanted to see peoples experience and if it was really worth it! Im worried about not being able to be there will create some issues.

What's your background, I have no problem with it because I'm used to and comfortable handling contracts from a distance. If you feel comfortable with that and feel comfortable finding a general contractor or property management company to handle the project then I'd say go for it. You'll pay a premium for someone to manage the project, but if you do it right that premium could be cheaper than your inexperience.
