Cost of putting up cabinets & a backsplash in the NYC area
Good Morning,
We're looking to redo our kitchen. We asked friends if they knew any contractors that do side jobs. We got one quote for $1800 which seems really expensive to assemble and put up 7 cabinets, a backsplash, mount a microwave, and cover up a hole.
We are doing the demo ourselves. The new cabinets will go up to the ceiling, so the backsplash will go from the right of the fridge to all the way around. The cabinet lay out is staying the same. We are not moving any gas or plumbing.
Can anyone give me an idea of idea of how much we should be paying ?
