Multifamily costing spreadsheets
Hi there im looking at a 16 unit Multifamily unit over 2 floors , needs total re-model. new kitchens, bathrooms, wiring , plumbing .
we are looking to keep as an asset so would rather re-place with mostly new. anyone have a budget. is there a rule of thumb for this work depending on state ?
