This unit was the last to be completely redone in our 6-plex. Rent increased by $250/month & rented immediately.

thanks. It was the proverbial pandoras box of code violations & 30+ years of short cut repairs. But now it's also connected to a complete fire sprinkler system that I installed throughout the building.

Case in point...

plumbing behind shower diverter...

sub-panel ???
