In looking to develop small multi-family, market-rate LONG TERM holds properties (four to 12 units) specifically. Are there any trends you're seeing regarding unit sizes and add-on that are assisting with demand, efficiency, and profitability in your market? What unit size (SF) bed & bath count, unit mix, etc are you seeing success with? Are there any small to mid-sized add-ons that are being well received by your tenants? Are telephone (landline) outlets still being installed? Do you install USB electrical outlets? Do you wall-mounted electrical boxes for flat screen TVs? Are there any must dos? Are there any absolutely stay away from doing _________suggestions? Are there any we are still doing it this way but don't see the trend continuing much longer?
