Start by reading the blogs and forum threads here. There is so much knowledge on this website.
Then hone in your real estate investing strategy (flipping, wholesaling, residential, multifamily, note investing, hard money lending, etc) and stay focused on your strategy.

Very broad question. There is lots to learn about REI. You're in the right place, though! Just start reading. Read all you can, and the path to investing that suits you will be made clear. I'd also recommend attending some of the webinars offered here at BP.

@Dimitri Bernado You have to determine how active/passive of RE investor you want/can be, pick a niche within RE investing, learn as much as possible about it, network with other investors, and start investing.
