Multi units convering into single units
I spotted a 3 units home, each is seperate building and has seperate utilities. They are being sold as multi unit property. Is there a possibility that it can be sold out seperately as a individual units later? If yes, does this require permits and other things from the city, etc?
Some pointers in this direction, please ?
