House Rebuild: Whats a typical normal time frame to rebuild?

Hello All, 

I am just curious what's considered a normal amount of time for a house to be rebuilt after a fire? My townhouse rental in Colorado burned down and was considered unrepairable back on January 26th 2018, The fire did not start in my unit, but took out 61 houses in total before contained due to 30mph winds the day of the fire. its now January 15th and they are just now sending out the building plans to electrical and plumbing for approval.... Just seems like things are taking forever, while I'm stuck paying the mortgage and HOA on a property that is not standing.

@William Huston You should know that most lenders require that the insurance on the property cover the lost rents in the event of a claim. Have you checked that for yours?
