Duplex or Fourplex building cost in Indianapolis

Thinking about building a duplex or fourplex in the south side of Indianapolis. 2 beds and 1 bath for each unit. No garage.

Without thinking about the cost of lot/land, what do I expect the total cost? (including both construction and permits)

Or any idea about where to get the information? Thanks.

Right now you can buy more income than you can build. Construction costs are up 20% over the past couple of years and will continue to rise until we level off a bit.
