Price to remove flooring

Hello,
Hope all is well. I have a house 1,240 sqft, on pier and beam, wooden floors, tile in restrooms (2), carpet in bedrooms (3).  How do I price out removing all the flooring? Cut out all the wood floor up to the floor joists. I need to check the floor joists, fix foundation, plumbing , etc.  So just need to fix out pricing for just cutting out the flooring and not replacement.

Thank you!

@Luke H. it sounds to me like a 2 day job for a couple people so 32 man hours at $25 per hour would be $800 labor then $200 dump fees.
