Would you pay for rehab estimates from a third party?

Would anyone be willing to pay for an accurate rehab estimate? I know some general contractors may charge a fee to provide one and I’m wondering if there is a place for an estimate writing service

A rehab estimate is only accurate from the contractor giving the estimate .  What happens when the third party underestimates compared what licensed contractors are charging ? Contractor pricing is different contractor to contractor .
