My Grandma is the on again off again only resident of her town in North Dakota. I believe my uncle moved back with his wife and two kids (though both kids have since left I think) a few years ago... hard to keep track of them all. She didn't get a convenience store and gas station though, just the school house, farm, and cemetery.
