A good deal but with difficulty getting financing
I am about to sign a contract to purchase a house with 3+ AC of land in a 1AC zone. All the research indicates that the subdivision will yield three lots and one with existing house. The property is appraised at 900k. 1AC building lot should fetch about half million. I know a lot money involved but The returns seem very appealing.
