Adding a Mobile home to a property

I am interested in adding a mobile home to a property that already has a duplex on it. If anyone has done this, what did it cost you to do?  The property already has a well so i will have to see if the current well can handle the additional unit or not. Can the electrical be run from the original house?  From what I am finding online, it is looking like it will cost anywhere from 2k to 5k to transport a mobile home if it is coming from near by.  What did this cost you and what other costs did you run into?  I appreciate any insight I can get!
