Where do you buy cabinets? Hampton Bay at Home Depot?

I'm struggling with deciding on cabinets.  We are redoing several duplexes.  They are in a B-/C class neighborhood.  I was planning on Hampton Bay by Home Depot.  However such bad reviews?  Any suggestions?
