Has anyone used an RSMeans book for estimating renovation costs? How accurate did you find the pricing to be?  I am interested in purchasing the 2020 Residential Repair and Remodeling Costs Book, but concerned with accuracy for repair budgets.  I am in the Chicago market.  Thanks for any input!
