Fourplex Construction Costs
Does anyone have any experience building a small multifamily in a relatively low cost of living city? Found a cheap piece of land in a neighborood with around 40 other fourplexes that are completely rented out. Wondering about the cost of building a new one. Conservative build, no brick or anything fancy. Anything would be appreciated. Thanks!

In Atlanta I would say $110PSF, and Columbus could be a little bit lower than that.
