What’s the best way to tackle a spec development property?
I’m currently looking at two parcels of land in Miami Beach that are very unique. They both have approved plans to build mansions including a pool, they’re water front and sit facing Biscayne Bay and the city of Miami. The owners are interested in selling the land for low enough that it’s a good deal if I develop it. The values are in around 20M for brand new homes in the area, and as a wholesaler I haven’t found a buyer who knows how to develop these type projects. Any advice would be awesome !!! Thank you
