Hello, Im Zack and I want to get involved with real estate investing. I have been looking into shipping container development and want to build some out to air bnb. I know there are lots of specified county things i need to look into, a location I need to choose, permits I need to learn about and more. Im looking for any knowledge, land developers, land attorneys, websites to look for land, loans options, etc anything helps.
