Hi all,

I have a vacant single house in the 44125 Garfield Heights Ohio. The property is vacant and I’m looking for property management that can help get the unit back to rent ready after the tenant have left. So let me know if you or know any property management company that you recommend. I have a bid going from $3500-$4300 to rehabs the unit but I wanted a 2nd opinion..
