Multifamily Construction/development Questions

Hi there,

Doing some research here and I hope someone could help answer my questions! 

I am having a little bit of trouble finding costs for the development of a small midrise in Texas (Dallas/Houston). The developments I’m looking at are midrises on roughly 1/2 an acre. Garage bottom floor, and 3 stories of studio/ 1bedrooms. Luxury style anywhere from 30-40,000 sqft.

If anyone could help that would be wonderful. Just trying to understand a little more of all the costs that go into a development like this. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
