Expanding Network in Denver

Hi all! 

I will be relocating from the East Coast to the Denver area in the next few months and am interested in house hacking or BRRRR-ing in this area. My current residence was a fixer-upper and required quite a bit of work, but I plan to turn this property into a long-term rental when I move. To get a jump start on breaking into the Denver real estate market, I'm looking to expand my network to those who could provide insightful information on the Denver market or house hacking and/or BRRRR-ing in this area. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
