Advocates of investing in Detroit- where are you?
I know you are out there. I see you on the forums all the time!
With you in mind, I wrote an article this past weekend about investing in Detroit, half in attempt to give you the chance to really get your opinions out there. But I haven't seen most of you in the comments yet! I'd say the comments are 50/50 right now for advocating investing there and saying stay out of it.
