Hi, All,

I'm interested in financing rental deals for others and wanted to know how I should structure the financing terms. And let's say, for example, I were to lend $10,000 for a rental property. Do I keep it simple and say, on my $10K I want a 10% return split into monthly payments over a year? Appreciate any suggestions!
