Find owner of LLC in PA for a property in NJ

I am trying to find the owner of a property in NJ. It was purchased by an LLC in PA. The sec of state shows only the name of the LLC and address.

The township in NJ told me they are behind in their taxes, but they had no info other than the same address.

When I Google that address, any phone number associated is either disconnected or rings with no answer.

I recently purchased the next door property and would like to see if I can buy that one, too. Also, the well on my property is connected to theirs.

Any ideas how I can find the owner?
